AHB partnered with Hillwood Communities and immersive technology studio 900lbs to transform Treeline’s master plan into an interactive mixed reality experience. Using Apple Vision Pro and iPad Pro, Realtors and homebuyers could explore the community, discover key amenities and experience Treeline’s signature Treehouse before construction was complete. The result turned an unbuilt vision into an engaging sales and marketing tool—and earned the 2025 McSAM Award for Best Use of Technology and a 2026 NAHB The Nationals Silver Award for Best Use of Technology
