Anthony Natale

Born in Toronto, Canada and obtained his B. Eng. from the University of Toronto and M.B. A from the University of Western Ontario.

Anthony grew up in a homebuilding family and has an appreciation for all facets of the development process starting with the land plan, to the architecture elevations, the landscape architecture, and the internal components of the home. With a creator mindset, Anthony takes great pride in the longevity of the neighborhood, all materials outside and inside the home and this includes the components of the homeowner’s association.

Anthony and his wife are avid travelers, having been to most places on the globe. As a true Artisan, Anthony loves to garden, bake, cook, and create clay art. When he is not creating, he can be found playing hockey or tennis.

Chief Executive Officer

John Egnatis

Born in Toronto, Canada and obtained his B.A in Acctg. from the University of Waterloo, and his Canadian C.A. (C.P.A. equivalent)

John started in public accounting and developed an appreciation for the numerical composition of personal tax and financial investments, especially how they relate to home finances. John oversees all land acquisitions and capital structures and its role to help grow Grenadier. John loves the psychology of presenting the home or transaction & helping people grow.

John enjoys yoga. He has 3 grown boys and together they enjoy golfing, skiing, and ice hockey. On the creative side he enjoys cooking, comedy and stone sculpture. John has an appreciation for psychology and has volunteered in mental health.

Chief Financial Officer

Mark Echerd

Born in Dallas, Texas and obtained his B.B.A., M.B.A. & J.D. Law Degrees from Southern Methodist University.

Mark oversees all financial and tax reporting and capital relationships. Additionally, he is responsible for all contracts and agreements that the company is party to. Mark has extensive experience with the mortgage and banking industries having managed numerous larger capital JV’s and transactions.

Mark and his wife have two kids who are college graduates and enjoy seeing them and traveling with them.
Mark is an avid runner and cyclist and enjoys golfing. He has a passion for music and playing the banjo.

V.P. of Financial Analysis

Kevin Louder

From Lubbock, TX and obtained his B.B.A in Finance from Texas Tech University (in Rome for a semester).

Kevin grew up in a household with both parents as CPAs, so he was raised with a financial mindset.
He has a knack for formulas and a trap memory for details. He oversees all financial planning reports and projections. As the programmer and analyst of the reports, Kevin provides his keen insights into the meaning of the numbers.

Kevin has been skydiving twice, Switzerland and Colorado, and while on the ground enjoys running, traveling & cooking.

V.P. of Construction

Robert Swegler

From El Paso, Texas and obtained his BBA Real Estate from University of North Texas.

Robert started as a residential realtor, but loves everything construction, and has managed everything from high rise podium apartments to luxury custom homes, but his true love is managing the efficient processes of architectural and site planning through construction of Grenadier Townhomes.

Robert has been happily married for 33 years and his hobbies include Disc Golf & Fishing.

Kathy Costa

Born in Oregon, lived everywhere and settled in Texas. Graduated as EMT- Paramedic, in her early career, then Collin College for Residential Design. 

Kathy has a holistic view of all things in the home. Kathy won the Texas Associated of Home Builders, Best Texas Design Studio 5 times along with the best model/architecture countless times. As the leader of the design team, Kathy manages all designers, and curates the design studio offerings. As a lead member of the design collaborative process, Kathy helps guide architecture and interior floor planning.

When Kathy is not working, she is volunteering for Child Advocacy and Performing and Visual Arts organizations or she is at her off grid cabin in OK with her husband. She is a proud mom to 4 grown children, 1 grandchild, 3 big dogs and 1 Macaw.

V.P. of Purchasing

Tracy Flores

Born in Minnesota but got to Texas as soon as she could. Obtained her Six Sigma Green and Black Belt Certified.

Tracy has been in homebuilding for over 30 years. With her vast experience in all facets of home building, she has utilized that experience to find the best products, with the best performance and the best pricing for our homes. None of this would be possible though, without the support of her amazing Purchasing team.

In her spare time, Tracy is the proud mother of two daughters and two Golden Retrievers.
